This letter is to express my recent, pleasant experience of working with Leanne Preston-Turner and Debby Hehr-Halley, two extremely professional, hard-working real estate agents.

I can honestly say that Debby and Leanne are "Full Service" agents that are willing to go above and beyond for their clients - for both selling and buying services.  They diligently searched the real estate market, and found the 'perfect' home for our family, and also ensured that we were able to view homes right away.  This was extremely important since homes sell so quickly in this current market.  Their personal service was A+!   Their rapport  with the other agents was also very admirable. 

Debby and Leannes real estate knowledge was a significant asset.  They were always available to answer any questions we had, as well as provide us with explanations, in order to help educate us in this ever-changing market.  This assistance helped us feel confident with our buying and listing transactions.

When listing our home to sell, both Debby and Leanne were always available and willing to help do whatever it took to get our house ready to sell.  I must also mention how impressed I was with their incredible marketing/advertising plan they had to ensure that the listing of our home was visible throughout, and not only on the MLS.  The brochure they prepared for the home we were selling was very impressive!  I must also express how impressed we were with the extensive networking they do with other agents throughout the county.  

It would be my utmost pleasure to recommend both Debby and Leanne to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home.  They will both work diligently to find exactly what you are looking for and will do whatever they can to get the MOST for their client.  They are an 'above and beyond' TEAM and their incredible real estate knowledge and skills set them apart from the ordinary!

First Team Real Estate

 Dear First Team,

 We are writing this letter to let you know how much we enjoyed working with your sales agent team of Leanne Turner and Debby Halley.   From the time we met them, they kept us informed of all required real estate transactions, homes that were available to view, tips on how to better show our home, and were very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions throughout the entire sale and purchase process.  Selling your home can be a very stressful experience, but Leanne and Debby helped us every step of the way.  They helped us decide the price at which to list it, went through the entire house and told us what we needed to fix prior to showing it, held several open houses to help advertise it and even planted flowers and plants in our yard to make the initial impression on a prospective buyer more favorable.  Even when they were vacationing in Hawaii, they took our calls ; now that´s dedication!

 They were always energetic, happy to show us any house we wanted to see, and helped us conceptualize what our dream home could be with a few minor changes that would reflect our personalities. They had an eye for knowing the type of house we were looking for and showed us ones that matched our desires and needs. Once we bought our new house and moved in, they came by to visit.  They helped us rearrange furniture to take the most advantage of the space available and to give it a "homey" atmosphere.  They brought us a housewarming gift from their Hawaiian vacation.  They sent us a Christmas card. They truly made us feel like we were friends and special people, not just another couple who sold and bought a home from them, soon to be forgotten.  We will maintain our relationships with both Leanne and Debby for they are not only super real estate agents, they are our friends.
